Our statement of Values

Our people are our pillars of strength:

  • The talent, passion and commitment of our people set up apart
  • We value and encourage diversity
  • We select and develop people for the long term
  • We foster constructive self-criticism, self-improvement, and personal excellence

We cannot live only for ourselves. A thousand fibers connect us with our fellow men And among those fibers, as sympathetic threads, our actions run as causes And they come back to us as effects.
