About Charles Oertel

Charles Oertel is the principal member of the HoneyBadger IT Services cc, and he collaborates with some other developers depending on the needs of the job. Currently Charles is on a big contract at Rocketseed - an email branding software development and supply company.

Charles has had a lot of experience in various aspects of the development lifecycle, from strategy to maintenance, and from development to management. Of late he has focussed on website design and hosting, and built and hosts the Freedom Toaster website, funded by the Shuttleworth Foundation. This project led to his being selected as the developer to rebuild the Shuttleworth Foundation Website itself.

Charles Oertel also re-developed the system that runs the actual Freedom Toaster Kiosk.
